Microsoft to Stop Enforcing Non-Compete Clause for Its US Employees, Will Conduct Civil Rights Audit in 2023

Microsoft has recently announced that the company will cease enforcing existing non-compete clauses for the employees in the United States. The software firm has also committed to conduct a civil rights audit of its workforce policies in 2023.
