Government Asks Swiggy, Zomato to Submit Proposal for Better Consumer Grievance Redressal
Indian Government is making it strict for FBOs like Swiggy, Zomato as it demands them to submit a plan with 15 days to suggest ways for introducing better consumer grievance redressal mechanism. The step has been taken amid growing number of complaints.
