Australian Antitrust Regulator Sues Airbnb for Misleading Customers to Pay More Than Advertised

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has filed a lawsuit against Airbnb for misleading users into paying more than advertised for their stays. The court filing accused Airbnb advertised and charged room rates in USD without indicating the much higher figures in AUD.
