Netflix Hit by Shareholder Lawsuit Over Missed Subscriber Growth Estimates, Drop in Share Price

Netflix shares dropped 20 percent in January after it disclosed weak subscriber growth. The company’s shares then plunged more than 35 percent on April 20 after it said it lost 200,000 subscribers in its first quarter.
